I hold an Associate Degree in Nursing from Prince George’s Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Management from American Sentinel University.
Since 2016, I have led Trust Home Care, Inc., overseeing daily operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and financial management. I work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, and caregivers and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure individualized care plans and positive outcomes for our clients. My professional background includes experience as a Registered Nurse in subacute rehabilitation and medical-surgical settings, as well as serving as a Facility Surveyor conducting on-site surveys and investigating patient care concerns.
